Bricks Sashing
Tutorial for the Home Sweet Home Quilt Along

Cutting Instructions:

· Cut 10 rectangles 2” x 3”

Sew the rectangles together end to end to make 2 rows of 5 rectangles each. Press well.

Cut off one end of each strip, so the new strip measures 12½”, then flip one strip end to end so that the 2 strips are offset.

Sew the 2 strips together and your sashing is done.

 

***I didn’t use this exact sashing in my personal Home Sweet Home Quilt Top but that doesn’t mean you can’t.  It would be a great interchange with sashing 17. 8 rectangles.***
