Anyone that brings a completed ‘Home Sweet Home’ Quilt to Show and Tell at the 2012 Quilt Retreat Getaway Weekend hosted by QuiltsbyBarb will receive a $10 gift certificate to the quilt shop at the retreat in honor of the 10th anniversary.
Additional qualifications for the above prize: The Home Sweet Home Quilt must include on the front at least 12 of the 16 blocks from the Quilt Along. It must also include at least one of the blocks designed by Kim Lapacek, Diane Lapacek, and Barb Raisbeck.

Materials: Fabric 1 (Pink w/ apples) : 14.5” x 1.5” strip Fabric 2 (Green): 14.5” x 1.5” strip Fabric 3 (Checkered Pink) 14.5” x 1.5” Directions: Sew Fabrics 1 and 3 to either side of Fabric 2. Okay – this next sashing tutorial for Home Sweet Home Quilt Along is so simple I figured I’d share it with you right away. 36. Tri Strips Sashing Fabric Requirment Fabric 1- strip 1.5” x 12.5” Fabric 2 – strip 1.5” x 12.5” Fabric 3 – strip 1.5” x 12.5” Instructions: Sew Fabric 2 to Fabric 1 along the 12.5” side.
